How do I choose the right service?
If you’re unsure what to book, choose a New Guest Color Session and I’ll take it from there.
This gives us extra time for a full consultation, custom color plan, and your first service.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes — every new guest service includes a complimentary consultation.
For major color corrections or extensions, we may schedule a Hair Goals Planning Session first to build a safe & realistic plan.
How long will my appointment take?
It depends on the service:

Maintenance appointments: 1.5–2 hours

Dimensional color or highlights: 2–3 hours

Transformations or corrections: 3–5 hours
I’ll always give you a time estimate before your appointment so you can plan comfortably.
What if I’m trying to go lighter?
Healthy blonding happens in stages.
We may need multiple sessions to keep your hair strong and beautiful — and I’ll walk you through each step so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you take walk-ins?
To provide the best experience, the studio is by appointment only.
You can book online 24/7 through the website.
Can I bring my child or a guest?
To keep the atmosphere peaceful and safe, I ask that you arrive solo unless we’ve discussed special circumstances.
The studio is cozy and not childproof.

A card is required on file to reserve appointments.
What should I do before my appointment?
Just come as you are.
Clean or day-old hair is perfectly fine — no need to wash right before.
Please avoid heavy oil treatments, deep conditioners, or excessive product build-up the day of.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. My goal is for you to love your hair.
If something feels “off,” please reach out within 7 days and I’m happy to make adjustments aligned with the original service.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
This helps keep the studio schedule balanced and respectful for all guests.
Can I use my phone or laptop during my appointment?
Of course — quietly and respectfully.
Please keep devices on silent and use headphones for videos so we can preserve a peaceful atmosphere.
